Steps to Delete Your Account

• The email must be sent from the email address associated with your Futurestay account.

• In your email, please include the subject line: “Request to Delete Account.”

• In the body of the email, provide the following details:

  • Your full name

  • Your Futurestay account email address

  • A brief statement confirming that you would like to delete your account

• Our support team may reach out to you to verify your identity and confirm your request. This is to ensure the security of your account and data.

• Once your identity is verified, we will process your request to delete your account.

• Direct Booking Reservations: Because of the nature of our app, if you have any active direct booking reservations obtained through your Futurestay website, you will need to either cancel the reservations and cover all associated fees or downgrade to our Limited Access plan. This plan is available for users who do not have an active subscription but need to access certain functionalities.
