How to Disconnect Your Airbnb Account from Futurestay

You have the option to completely disconnect your Airbnb account from Futurestay. This article guides you through the process and offers helpful information for managing your Airbnb and Futurestay accounts.

Disconnecting Airbnb from Futurestay

To disconnect your Airbnb account from Futurestay, follow these steps:

1. Access Your Account Settings

   • Log in to your Futurestay account and go to Account Settings.

2. Locate Airbnb Authorization

   • Scroll down to "Website Settings" and find the card for Airbnb authorization
     
      

3. Disable the Authorization

   • Click the toggle switch to disable the Airbnb authorization. A confirmation modal will appear to ensure you want to proceed.

4. Confirm Your Action

   • Confirm the action in the modal. Once you do, your Airbnb and Futurestay accounts will be unlinked.

Important Notes

• Cannot Disconnect Individual Properties: Currently, Futurestay only supports connecting all properties that qualify for a Futurestay connection, not individual properties. When you disconnect Airbnb, all properties are unlinked.

• iCal Connection: If you keep Futurestay direct booking active after disconnecting Airbnb, set up an iCal connection with Airbnb to prevent double bookings. Smart Rates will no longer sync with Airbnb properties once disconnected.
