Manual Property Setup

If you prefer to add your properties manually to Futurestay, this guide will help you through the process. However, we encourage you to use the Airbnb import feature whenever possible, as it simplifies property setup and saves you time.

Property Types Not Supported

Even with manual property creation, we do not support the following types of properties:

• International properties (outside the U.S.)

• Co-hosted properties

• Shared spaces

• Properties in different currencies

Manual Property Creation Flow

The manual property creation process includes the following steps:

1. Add Property Manually: Enter your property information manually in Futurestay.

2. Complete Setup Checklist:

   • Follow the setup checklist to guide you through setting up your property step by step.

   • Provide important details such as property name, description, location, amenities, photos, rates, and availability.

3. Launch Direct Bookings Website:

   • Once setup is complete, launch the property on your direct booking website.

   • You'll be able to accept direct bookings and manage everything in one place.

Note: Please make sure all property details are accurate to ensure a seamless booking experience.

Synchronization Rules

• Futurestay > Airbnb: Any changes made to property details in Futurestay will sync to Airbnb if your property is imported.

• Airbnb > Futurestay: Changes made directly in Airbnb, such as listing titles, will not sync back to Futurestay.

• Reservations and Availability: Reservations and availability will sync both ways.
