The Mount Marketplace integration allows you to offer top-rated local activities and unforgettable experiences directly through your direct booking website. This documentation will guide you through the setup process and provide tips on maximizing the benefits of this feature.

• Seamless Integration: Automatically includes a link to the marketplace in reservation confirmation emails and sends dedicated emails to guests.

Setup Instructions

1. Marketplace Activation

   • Enable the marketplace from your Settings page. One click activation allows you to get live immediately. Mount will follow-up with an email instructing you how to complete account set-up on their application.

   • The Experience Marketplace can be viewed by visiting your direct booking website, opening the main navigation (☰), and clicking on the Experiences link.

2. Account Setup with Mount

   • You will receive an email from Mount to set up your account. This will allow you to link your bank account to get paid after your first sale, keep tracking of sales, etc.

3. Promote Your Marketplace

   • We automatically include a link to the marketplace in reservation confirmation emails for direct bookings.

   • A dedicated email will be sent to guests on the day of check-in to encourage booking experiences.

   • Share the marketplace link with all your guests, including those who didn’t book directly.

Earning Commissions

• Commission Rate: Earn up to 10% on every sale.

• No Extra Cost: The integration is completely free. Mount handles everything and splits the commissions with you.
