5Reservation Page Redesign
The reservation detail page has been redesigned with a cleaner layout, a new Booking Details drawer, and updated reservation list cards on both desktop and mobile.
Optimization Page (formerly Performance)
The Performance section has been renamed to Optimization and now opens directly to your Comp Set, making it easier to find competitive insights.
Reservation Modification Improvements
Hosts can now remove fees during reservation modifications, and guests automatically receive a payment request email when additional charges are added.
Delete Stripe Accounts
You can now remove a connected Stripe account from the Integrations page if you need to disconnect or switch payment processors.
Comp Set Data Improvements
Comp Set now pulls data from additional sources for more accurate property comparisons, including performance metrics and property classification data.

5Redesigned Channel Sync Indicators
Channel sync indicators throughout the app have been redesigned with a cleaner popover that shows sync status at a glance.
Content Completion Badges
Property content sections now show 'Filled' badges so you can quickly see which sections are complete and which still need attention.
Login Page Redesign
The login page has been refreshed with a new blue background design for a cleaner, more branded experience.
Pre-Launch Banner on Channels
Properties that haven't been launched yet now show a pre-launch banner on the Channels page, helping you track which properties still need to go live.
Reservation Modification Polish
Visual improvements to the reservation modification form, including better fee display, discount formatting, and cleaner borders.

3Property Card Redesign
Property cards now show a 2-row desktop layout with channels, booking status, setup progress, and status badges on photos.
Reservation Modifications
Modify direct booking reservations directly in Futurestay. Adjust dates, rates, and fees without cancelling and rebooking.
Instant Booking Auto-Disable
Instant booking is now automatically disabled when you turn off your direct listing, preventing bookings on an inactive property.
