Optimization Page (formerly Performance)

The Performance section has been renamed to Optimization, and it now lands you directly on the Comp Set page when you open it.

Comp Set shows you how your property stacks up against similar listings in your area, including occupancy rates, pricing trends, and availability patterns. The rename better reflects what this section is actually for: helping you make smarter decisions about pricing and positioning.
