Two Plans, One Decision
Futurestay offers two plans: Flex and Amplify. Both are priced per property per month, so your cost scales with your portfolio rather than a flat fee regardless of size.
Both plans include a 14-day free trial, and you’ll need a credit card to start. You can pay monthly or annually. Annual billing saves roughly 30% or more compared to paying month to month.
You’ll be prompted to select a plan when you launch your first property, or you can manage your subscription from Account Settings at any time.
Flex: Core Direct Booking Tools
Flex is the entry-level plan, described as “Great for getting started.” It gives you everything you need to run direct bookings:
- A direct booking website for your property
- Google Vacation Rentals listing
- Reservation management
- Payment processing through Stripe
- Guest communication tools
If your main goal is to have a professional booking site and get listed on Google, Flex covers it.
Amplify: Optimization and Marketing
Amplify is what 2 out of 3 Futurestay hosts choose. It includes everything in Flex and adds a layer of tools for growing revenue and automating more of your operations:
- Embeddable Booking Widgets to add a booking calendar to any external website
- Guest Coupons and Landing Pages for promotions and campaigns
- SmartRates by AirDNA for data-driven pricing recommendations
- PriceLabs Integration for automated dynamic pricing
- Channel Rate Adjustments to manage rate differences across platforms
- Airbnb Optimization Tools to improve listing performance
- Google Analytics Integration for tracking website traffic
- Turno Integration for automated cleaning management
- Multiple Stripe Accounts to map different properties to different payout accounts
- Priority Support and an onboarding Zoom session with the Futurestay team
How to Decide
If you’re just getting started with one property and want to test direct bookings before committing to more tools, Flex is a reasonable starting point. If you’re already running multiple properties or you care about dynamic pricing, channel management, or marketing tools, Amplify pays for itself quickly.
The pricing page has a full side-by-side comparison of every feature across both plans. You can also upgrade from Flex to Amplify at any time from Account Settings, and the change takes effect immediately.
