Signing Up
Go to futurestay.com and click Start Free Trial. You can sign up with your email address or connect directly with your Google account.
You’ll need to provide your name, email, and a password. After signing up, you’ll land on the Properties page where you can start adding your first listing.
What Happens Next
After creating your account, you have two paths to get your first property set up:

Import from Airbnb (recommended if you have existing listings). This pulls your listing details, photos, and settings directly into Futurestay. See Import from Airbnb.

Create manually if you’re starting from scratch or don’t have an Airbnb listing. See Create Manually.
You don’t need to choose a plan or enter payment information to start. Your trial begins when you launch your first property, not when you create your account. This gives you time to set everything up before committing.
Your Dashboard
Once signed in, the Properties page is your home base. From here you can:
- Add new properties (import or create)
- See the setup status of each property
- Access property settings by clicking into any property
- Navigate to Reservations, Calendar, Integrations, and other sections from the sidebar
