How to Cancel
To cancel your Futurestay subscription, email us at support@futurestay.com with the subject line “Cancel Subscription” and the email address associated with your account.
Our team will process your cancellation and confirm via email, typically within 1-2 business days.
What Happens When You Cancel
- Your properties will be deactivated and removed from your direct booking website and Google Vacation Rentals.
- Any existing reservations will remain in your account and are still your responsibility to fulfill.
- Your account data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind. After that, it is permanently deleted.
- You will not be charged again after the current billing period ends.
